Introducing the Mountfield Freedom 500 Empress 41 Li cordless self-propelled lawnmower, new for 2021. With a 41cm cutting width and with a 60litre grassbag, this mower also has a side discharge facility and comes mulch ready with the inclusive mulch plug.

With 6 cutting heights from 22mm to 65mm this mower is ideally suited to any lawn.

The 500 Synchronized lawnmower range are powered by two batteries that work simultaneously, balancing the different charges for more independence and a longer battery lifetime, even batteries of different charge states can be used as they will automatically svchronise and run out at the same time.

Powered by STIGA E-Power 48V lithium-ion batteries and 1500W brushless motor, this mower will make light work of any medium to large sized lawn. Batteries and charger sold separately.

The Empress 41 Kit is supplied c/w 1 x 2Ah and 1 x 4Ah batteries and a single slot fast charger.

This model comes with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty

Battery Run Times

The quoting of battery run times between manufacturers varies greatly, with some brands 'over selling' themselves. We like to be totally honest and quote the worse case scenario.
This mower, when fitted with two 4Ah batteries will give a minimum cutting time of 25 minutes in quite dense grass, but in reality lawns are often cut more frequently which lessens the load on the motor and reduces power consumption.
Most of our customers are reporting run times of between 45minutes and 60 minutes on a single charge in light load situations
