We will process your repair as quickly as possible. This will however depend on our current workload. These repairs will be completed in sequence, so there may be machines ahead of yours in the queue. Completion time may also depend on the availability of spare parts. You will be given approximate times when your machine is booked in.

If machines are brought to our premises for repair, there will be a minimum charge of £30.00 labour plus parts. This covers up to 1/2hour, after which labour will be charged in 1/2 hour units of £30.00

Investigations of non-runners will be charged at £60.00. This amount will be charged before work commences and will deducted from the final bill should a successful repair be completed.

Machines requiring collection from your premises will have a minimum charge of £60.00 plus the relevant collection/delivery charge. (this price varies according to machine type and collection distance, please phone for details). This minimum charge covers up to 1hours work. Due to the increasing concerns regarding the safety of our employees and customers, our policy is that we no longer use ordinary 'pump' petroll in our workshop. We will only be using ASPEN FUEL from now on.
